Danny Masterson Case Update: Danny Masterson relocated to California prison that held violent prisoners such as Sirhan Sirhan and Charles Manson.

Danny Masterson, known from That ’70s Show, got moved to a super-secure prison. It’s the same place where they kept really dangerous folks, like Charles Manson. He got charged with two counts of forcible rape for doing bad things to Jen B. and N. Trout at his Hollywood house. Last September, he got a 30-year prison sentence.

Now, Masterson went from North Kern State Prison to Corcoran State Prison in California. This is where he’s going to spend most of his time in jail.

The guy, who’s 47 and was found guilty, might be up for parole in 2042, according to California state prison records. He’s going to live in Corcoran’s Level 4 housing unit, the super high-security part of the prison. It’s where they keep inmates needing extra protection and supervision, says the New York Post.

Masterson is going to have eyes on him 24/7, with video monitoring all the time. Guards are going to check his cell every 30 minutes.

Charles Manson, a famous cult leader who told his followers to do really bad stuff, spent about 10 years in a special wing here. Another guy, Sirhan Sirhan, who did something bad to Robert F. Kennedy, stayed here twice. The prison even had The Dating Game Killer, Rodney Alcala.

Since people first talked about what Masterson did, he’s said he didn’t do it. He keeps saying, “I’m innocent.” He told US Weekly in December, “I’ve been saying I didn’t do it since the beginning. Cops checked it out over 15 years ago and said it was all made up. I’ve never been charged or found guilty. But nowadays, it feels like people think you’re guilty just because someone said something.”
