In a Manhattan Criminal Court, a video was presented to jurors, displaying the Marvel actor pushing his ex at the intersection of Centre and Canal Streets in Chinatown before quickly running away.

The British dancer, Jabbari, who met her ex-boyfriend during the filming of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, testified that the actor gave her a forceful blow on her head, causing a gash on her ear. She also claimed that he grabbed her finger and twisted her arm during the incident.
Majors, the actor, has entered a plea of not guilty to misdemeanor assault and harassment charges. His defense argues that Jabbari was the actual aggressor in the situation.
Jabbari informed jurors that the conflict began when she discovered evidence of Majors’ infidelity upon finding a flirtatious text on his cell phone from a woman named Cleopatra.
According to Jabbari, she attempted to confront her then-boyfriend as he exited a black Cadillac Escalade after it stopped. Contrary to her intentions, she testified that the actor tried to push her back into the car and then fled from the scene.
Aside from the video, additional evidence from the trial, released on Wednesday, includes a visible gash behind Jabbari’s right ear, attributed to Majors’ alleged assault. There are also pictures revealing bruising and swelling on her fractured right middle finger taken the morning after the incident.
