Mad Cool Festival 2024
The Mad Cool Festival 2024 is set for July 10-13. On the first day, the spotlight is on pop sensation Dua Lipa, a Grammy Award winner headlining for the second time. Expect performances from The Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, Janelle Monáe, Soccer Mommy, Swim School, and more.

Day two features Pearl Jam as the headliner, supported by Greta Van Fleet, Bonobo, Larkin Poe, Michael Kiwanuka, Black Honey, Kneecap, and Motxila 21, a unique music group formed by 15 members with Down Syndrome and seven volunteers who share a passion for music and overcoming challenges.

Closing out Friday night, Sum 41 takes the stage after Jessie Ware. The day also includes Unknown Mortal Orchestra, The Breeders, Tom Morello, Alvvays, Sleaford Mods, and Black Pumas. Saturday, July 13, concludes the Mad Cool Festival 2024 with performances by Avril Lavigne, Bring Me The Horizon, Arlo Parks, Ashnikko, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Genesis Owusu, and more.
To make the festival experience better, Mad Cool has made some changes based on attendee feedback. In 2024, there will be fewer stages, down from eight to six, and a reduced overall capacity. This aims to improve the festival flow, minimize schedule conflicts, and reduce overlaps between artists.
Mad Cool is also upgrading general services, including more drinking water stations, increased and strategically placed toilets, longer bars, and bracelet recharge points. Additionally, new relaxation and rest areas, along with more shaded spaces, will enhance the overall festival atmosphere.
