Porsche recently unveiled their G3 model lineup with two vehicles: the Panamera 4 and the new Porsche Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid models. The former uses twin turbine engines to generate 348 bhp and 369 lb-ft of torque; in comparison, its Turbo E-Hybrid variant uses an 8-speed PDK gearbox mated to two turbo V8 engines producing 671 bhp and 686 lb-ft of torque, but this model isn’t the most powerful version compared with it’s counterpart!
Thomas Friemuth, Porsche’s director for its new Porsche Panamera Turbo range of products, disclosed that its full-fat Turbo S E-Hybrid would boast significantly more horsepower compared to its predecessor’s 690 BHP. Furthermore, there may be GTS versions featuring V8 engines for drivers as well as basic rear-wheel-drive V6 vehicles to complete its lineup (known as “Panamera”). Unfortunately, there has been no news regarding an all-fat Turbo S version this time around; we had no clue either!

Porsche claims it has completely revamped the suspension system of their new Porsche Panamera Turbo models. All models feature air suspension as standard, with two air chambers and twin-valve dampers that can be independently adjusted to control rebound and compression. Noteworthy is that their Active Ride system utilizes only one air chamber; twin-valve dampers coupled with an electrohydraulic system operating at 48 volts allow each wheel to operate separately for increased entertainment on your Panamera ride.
“Comfort Access” mode on the New Porsche Panamera Turbo increases it by 5.5cm when stopped, providing dynamic ground clearance that reduces the speed of the car, active cornering (allowing drivers to lean into turns), brake comfort and acceleration that utilize active suspension systems to maintain level speed during braking, as well as brake comfort and acceleration using active suspension to maintain constant vehicle velocity at level speed and acceleration. Christoph Bittner, who works as a chassis specialist at Porsche, regards the Panamera chassis as “the best-performing chassis available.”
